Bond It Lightweight Scrim Tape – 48mm x 90m White

Uses

The Scrim Tape by Bond It, is a lightweight drywall joint tape perfect for joint finishing, crack and hole repair, ideal for drywalls, plaster walls and ceilings.

Preparation

Before the application begins, ensure the surface is clean, dust-free and dry.

Application

1. Remove the outer packing from the roll of tape
2. Peel the tape, apply it to the area, and unravel it while firmly applying it.
3. To cut the tape, use a knife or tear it

Limitation

This product isn’t a silicone sealant; instead, it is water-based. Therefore, it isn’t suitable;

• To be applied externally during rainy weather, 
• If the temperature is below 5°,
• Used on joints constantly submersed in water
• Won’t work with bituminous products
• Not great for areas of high abrasion
• Plastic bathtubs should have a more flexible sealer used.
