IKO Super Shed Felt – Green 8m Roll

Uses

The Super Shed Felt by IKO is perfect for installation onto non-habitable open structures around a property. It offers a waterproof, durable membrane layer that safely protects the open structure, preventing any leakage and ensuring a long, maintenance-free life. This shed felt is forged to sit on roofs with a pitch of at least 20° or above, safely directing rainwater off; otherwise, flat pitch installation risks the chance of pooling and performance failure.

Installation

When installing the shed felt onto the roof, you should lay the roll down across the surface and mechanically fix it into place using clout nails. All overlaps should be at least 75mm and secured using felt adhesive. All overlaps hanging off the roof’s eaves should be mechanically fixed to the sides, providing a flush finish.
