A discreet roof vent tile, the Uni-Plain Tile Vent is ideal for clay and concrete plain tiles with a minimum pitch of 35°. 6,000mm2 of ventilation is provided by the vent to reduce the growth of mould and structural damage in the roof space due to damp, poorly ventilated roofs.

• It is virtually invisible on the roofline due to its sleek in-line design
• When used with an adaptor and flexipipe, it can be used as a terminal for soil and ventilation pipes as well as mechanical extraction systems
• Does not require a breathable membrane to provide ventilation
